Folgory is a regulated exchange. As such, it is our responsibility to verify the veracity of the documents and KYCs, and the European government is asking us for proof of funds to trace possible money laundering.
To avoid this we ask all users to perform regular KYC, required by law and send the required documents
For Europeans:
Proo id: id card, driver license or passport
Proof address: invoice or bank statemente (this must have the same address that you registered in the account, if this is not compliant the account cannot be verified)
Proof selfie: the selfie must be done with the document in hand and a sheet with folgory written and the date of the day, (written in pen and without any computer)
Proof funds: can be requested by our compliance subsequently if a fraudulent activity occurs.
For non-residents in europe:
Proo id: Passport only (don't ask if you can send other documents, but this is required by law, and it's the only way to know if a person has no serious legal problems)
Proof address: invoice or bank statemente (this must have the same address that you registered in the account, if this is not compliant the account cannot be verified)
Proof selfie: the selfie must be done with the document in hand and a sheet with folgory written and the date of the day, (written in pen and without any computer)
Proof funds: can be requested by our compliance subsequently if a fraudulent activity occurs.
any account is continuously monitored by our compliance team, which is a separate department from our support. Therefore do not open any ticket related to the KYC because it is not taken into consideration.
the support or other telegram channels or listing managers do not have the control or the ability to verify any type of account.
Don't think that an exchange is a game, but a financial asset managed like a real bank.
We advise you to read everything before posting unnecessary comments that can only harm you and have your account suspended.
Everything can be very frustrating, but just be careful to read that all regulated exchanges must do the KYC by law, and it is not our choice.
If you have problems uploading images from the web, we recommend the best way to KYC directly from our apps
